Dr. SCT is a recognized business executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning the Telecom, Finance, and Tech industries. As a leader in Microsoft’s Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) Global Supply Chain team, she leads global initiatives focused on sourcing capacity and demand planning for Commercial Cloud and AI Data Center Integration. Her broad expertise encompasses Commercial Cloud and AI Data Center Integration, BPO and ITO operations, Category and Vendor Management, Third-Party Risk Management, AI in Business, CX Strategy, and Transformational Leadership. Academically accomplished, she holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), an Executive MBA (eMBA), a Master of Management (MM), and an Honors BA (BA(hons.)) with a double major in Law and Political Science. A lifelong advocate for Diversity of Thought, Dr. SCT has mentored women and minority entrepreneurs since 2013 through various nonprofit partnerships. In 2020, she collaborated with the Haslam College of Business to advance Supplier Diversity and Economic Inclusion. In 2023, she advised the Government of Canada’s ICTC on the “Pathways for Success” toolkit and began mentoring with NPower Canada, providing underserved communities with digital career pathways. That same year, she co-founded goBeyondBounds.org to support inclusive empowerment. As a York University alumna, Dr. SCT joined the university’s “Advancing YU” mentorship program in 2025, guiding third- and fourth-year women students in their academic and professional development. Furthermore, expanding on the subject of her doctoral research on AI in Cybersecurity, Dr. SCT also joined “AI Future Leaders” in 2025 as a strategic advisor. The initiative aims to equip girls in grades 6–12 with accessible, ethical, and engaging AI education to inspire the next generation of changemakers. Dr. SCT’s debut book, Be Bold and Brilliant (2023), became an Amazon Bestseller and earned the 2025 International Impact Book Award. The book addresses the leadership gender gap, offering practical guidance inspired by McKinsey & Co's Women in the Workplace 2022. A frequent keynote speaker and board member, she’s been featured in global media, podcasts, and industry events. In 2021, she appeared on the covers of two industry publications and was nominated for the Order of Canada. Driven by purpose, Dr. SCT continues to champion Innovation, Diversity of Thought, and Operational Excellence on the global stage.
